Create a list (or a diagram) of all parties that may affect (or have an interest in) your ISMS. Consider:

  • Holdings or sister organizations

  • Management

  • Employees

  • Customers

  • Partners

  • Suppliers

  • Government supervising bodies

Then write down what their interest is.
